The Ossidiana Espresso Coffee Maker by Alessi, designed by Mario Trimarchi, draws inspiration from volcanic forms, faceted surfaces, and primordial references. Its name, in fact, recalls obsidian, the glassy rock of volcanic origin, here translated into a household object with a strongly sculptural character.

The sharp geometries, faceted surfaces, and the contrast between polished steel and black details make this moka pot immediately recognizable. A design that transcends simple daily function to become a true aesthetic presence in the contemporary kitchen.

In this 6-cup stainless steel version, Ossidiana combines Mario Trimarchi's iconic design identity with durable materials and compatibility with induction hobs, reinterpreting the Italian coffee ritual in a contemporary key.
