LAVS by Filippo Sorcinelli is the first fragrance created in the collection and still one of the most representative perfumes of the maison. An intense and recognizable extrait de parfum, created to describe and complete the scents of Filippo Sorcinelli's sacred vestment atelier, a place where art, liturgy, textile material and olfactory memory coexist profoundly.

The composition opens with a warm and resinous structure, where tonka bean, amber, oakmoss, and opoponax build a solemn, enveloping, and persistent base. In the heart, the fragrance reveals its more liturgical and spicy character thanks to elemi, labdanum, cloves, and coriander, which evoke the dense and collected atmosphere of incense in sacred places. The trail introduces a more aromatic and luminous vibration with black pepper, cardamom, and jasmine, creating an elegant contrast between spirituality, spices, and floral matter.
