This is the story of a court woman who, to save her people, proposed herself as the wife of an evil king. Every night before falling asleep she told him a different story with no ending. Gradually the ruler learned a moral from each story and realized he had done the wrong thing. Thanks to Sharahzad, a brave woman, the people were no longer oppressed.
