Genevrier candle

Beautiful experience!!! First time I buy on the Macciocu.com website; very fast shipping and perfect product!! In the package a very welcome gift and a handwritten note that 'brings the customer closer' to a store many kilometers away and reached via online purchase. It was a pleasure to be your customer. We will see each other in person on my next vacation on your beautiful island.

Excellent service! Impeccable assistance via chat before purchase. Perfect shipping. Very well-kept and fragrant package. And then the hand-written thank you note... wonderful, much appreciated, even if from a distance it is as if I had purchased in a boutique. A bit of human relations like once upon a time!

I highly recommend. Along with my order I found a perfume sample (to my taste by the way) and a personalized handwritten card. The package was also scented. The attention to detail and customer care pleasantly surprised and delighted me, it was a little treat that I really appreciated.

I am very satisfied with the purchase and with the customer service that I had to contact after receiving the order (simple clarifications). An additional "star" to the shipment: inside the package a handwritten note with thanks from the staff, two free samples of niche perfumes to try. A real treat!

I have rarely found such professionalism and care towards the buyer. In my case the purchase was a gift for my sister and they did everything possible to ensure it arrived on time and so it was. Truly a very pleasant experience. Thank you very much again for everything!

Absolute professionalism, correctness and respect for deadlines. The product respected what was ordered. What struck me was the absolute attention to the customer with the introduction of some freebies but above all thanks to the handwritten note, something from another time that we are no longer used to seeing.
